Start by logging into the Beans app and navigating to the Deposit section. Choose the currency you would like to deposit, and proceed. Next, select the ‘Cash Pick-Up’ option, and proceed again. Choose MoneyGram as your deposit method and follow the prompts to begin the deposit transaction.

Be sure to complete all fields accurately to avoid delays.
Once the app initiates the deposit, visit your nearest MoneyGram location. When you arrive, walk up to the counter and provide your name and ID to the MoneyGram employee.
Important: You don't need to initiate a new transaction at the MoneyGram location or on a terminal—everything is already set up through the Beans app.
Simply hand over the cash, and your funds will be deposited into your Beans account within minutes.
Once you’ve completed the transaction at MoneyGram, check your Beans app to confirm the deposit. The funds should appear in your account shortly after the transaction is processed.
Log into the Beans app and navigate to the Withdraw section. Choose the currency you would like to withdraw, and proceed. Next, select the ‘Cash Pick-Up’ option, and proceed again. Now Select MoneyGram as your withdrawal method. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide the required personal details and ID verification.
Choose MoneyGram as your provider and press the ‘Withdraw via MoneyGram’ button. This will initiate the process of sending your funds to MoneyGram. If you have other currencies, you can convert them to USD, as MoneyGram only accepts USD but pays you in your local currency. When the process is complete, press ‘Done’.
Return to the active Beans app and confirm the transfer to MoneyGram. Ensure that all your details are filled out correctly before confirming the transfer.
Visit the nearest MoneyGram location to collect your cash. Don’t forget to bring the ID you used to register with MoneyGram. Inform the MoneyGram agent about your withdrawal and receive your cash!

Extra fees apply when transferring money through the Beans app via MoneyGram, which may differ from the amount you want to transfer from cash into funds, or from funds into cash. Because MoneyGram is a third party, we can’t eliminate their fees. These are the fees regulated by MoneyGram:
Between 1 USDC and 99 USDC, the fee in USD is $2.
Example: If you transfer 50 USDC, the fee is $2.
Between 100 USDC and 999 USDC, the fee in USD is $2 + 1% of the transaction.
Example: If you transfer 120 USDC, the fee is $2 + (1% of 120 = 1.20) $1.20 = $2.20
Between 1000 USDC or higher, the fee in USD is $10 + 0.5% of the transaction.
Example: If you transfer 2500 USDC, the fee is $10 + (0.5% of 2500 = 12.50) $12.50 = $22.50.
